problem of reading different users profiles

Hi,I am having a problem of reading different users profiles, and what I try to press enter and it is isn't showing profile in another windo. how can I fix that?

Do you have a popup blocker running? that may be interfering with it openning the profiles in a different window.

If you have google toolbar uninstall it because it blocks popup windows for opening. If you want to keep it you can hold down shift and then press enter and it is going to work.
I had this problem myself in the past and after uninstalling it everything works fine.
